Transport for London
Graeme joined Transport for London from Capita in 2004, initially to run the operation of the Congestion Charging scheme. Since 2012, Graeme has been responsible for commercialising TfL’s asset base across the capital.
Graeme manages TfL’s commercial media estate including Hello London, the largest outdoor advertising contract in the world, and Santander Cycles, the largest public sector sponsorship in the world. Graeme is also responsible for TfL’s commercial property estate, including 1,000 retail units. He has announced plans for TfL to develop 300 acres across London, building over 10,000 homes, half of which will be genuinely affordable.
Graeme’s next activities include delivering mobile connectivity in all TfL’s underground stations and tunnels as the first stage in a new telecommunications venture, and setting up an internal operational and consultancy business to leverage TfL’s expertise around the world
